- What are your hours? We are open Monday thru Friday 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Every Monday most of our stock is returned from weekend rentals, and Tuesday thru Thursday we have our best selection available for rent and sale.
- Do you Reserve Equipment? Yes, we do! Reservations must be made IN PERSON, in the store, beginning ON THE TUESDAY OF THE WEEK OF YOUR EVENT. Most of our gear is returned on Mondays. We are fully stocked every Tuesday. If you rent on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday it is the SAME PRICE to return the gear on the following Monday. This is the RESERVATION RATE. You may take your gear at the time of your rental, or we will hold it for a later pickup. YOU MUST BE PRESENT for the pickup of the gear, we will not release it to a third party.
- Can I Call in or Email a reservation? All Reservations must be made IN PERSON, in the store, beginning ON THE TUESDAY OF THE WEEK OF YOUR EVENT. Once again, we recommend coming in on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for the best availability. You can take it with you at that time and return by Monday. This works because we have so much equipment!

- I live in Bastrop. Is that considered "Local?" The following map outlines the boundaries of our rental area. If you are outside of this area, we will require a credit card to hold the full retail value of the equipment rented. We can only do these rentals for a period of 4 days or less.

- Does Rock n Roll Rentals sell equipment? Yes, we do. We have new and used pricing on all our gear. Please see our For Sale page for the current best values.
- I have a monthly rental I plan on keeping a while. Do you have an auto pay option? Yes, we do. Just ask one of our friendly Rock n Roll Representatives, and they can set you up. With Auto pay, there are no late fees.
- Do you have rent to own contracts? No, while we do not provide rent to own contracts, we do offer depreciated sale prices on monthly rentals.
- When is the equipment I rented due back? The due date is listed on both the contract and receipt you received. You can return equipment anytime 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on the due date. We ask for Saturday returns to be back by 2:00 p.m.
- Can you sponsor my event or donate equipment to my organization? Sorry, we do not sponsor events or donate gear. Why not? A large percentage of our rentals are for fundraisers, non-profit, church, theater, music and art organizations. We would not feel comfortable singling out any particular event for sponsorship or donations. We just try to keep our rates as affordable as we can for all our customers. Let us know if we can be of any help in renting the right gear at a great price.
- I received a text/email from you about an expired rental. These are generated automatically and sent to you in the event of a rental not being returned by the due date.
- I received a statement via mail / email. It says I owe money, but I thought I paid already. What does it mean? It is a statement saying you owe if you have kept the gear after the due date, or have other outstanding charges. You can pay by credit card over the phone, send us a check, or bring cash into the store. Please call us if you have any questions about your account.
